To be goal oriented in our effort to promote Sarbat Da Bhala (The Well Being of All) with a focus on collective well being through embodying the qualities of Sat (Truth), Santokh (Contentment), Daya (Compassion), and Pyar (Love).

SEVA (SELFLESS SERVICE)

Each of us has a responsibility to give back in any way we can while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

CHARDI KALA (ETERNAL OPTIMISM)

We can improve in this moment. This optimism exists throughout our organization.

TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

We commit to being open and honest with our stakeholders (volunteers, sponsors, board members, partners and the community) with respect to our programming.
